Coach Donahue has reeled in another recruit for 2011 by the name of Kyle Caudill. He's a 6-11 center out of Brea, CA whose offer list also included Harvard, Northwestern, Oregon State, and Penn (not that it makes any real difference). A three-star recruit, Scout ranked him #22 at the position and had a nice though brief scouting report on his play. ESPN Insider's evaluation looks a little less rosy.
Caudill had previously committed to Herb Sendek at Arizona State, but withdrew it in 2009. In that first go-around, he also got offers from USC and Oregon. That same year, he was named to the Team USA Men's Developmental National Team (and apparently, he was 4-star back then).
The 2011-2012 Eagles will have a bit of a Pac-10/12 flavor to them, as Caudill, a former Pac-10/12 recruit, will join Matt Humphrey, former Oregon Duck, in maroon and gold.
I posted this video to conclude because the other one had a very irritating soundtrack which I didn't appreciate.
Did you actually watch this video? Not the most flattering tape on the kid. He shoots like 1-4 from the field and doesn't get a rebound. Haha.
ReplyDeleteYeah I did, but it's all we've got unfortunately until 2011.
ReplyDeleteI'm no expert, but that video wasn't exactly a ringing endorsement.
