Happy 4th

I want to wish my readers a happy, festive, and relatively eventful 4th of July.  Here at Soaring to Glory Headquarters, better known as my house, we're going to be feeding a lot of people.  As a result, there will be not one, not two, but THREE grills in operation; two are regular barbecues while the third is a smoker.

The menu for tomorrow is as follows: Burgers, hot dogs, chicken roasters, baby back ribs, sausage and peppers, baked beans, several kinds of salads (including potato and macaroni), watermelon, baked goods, and ice cream.  If that sounds good, that's because it is.

Now, if you don't mind, I'll be taking this weekend off (unless someone rudely decides to create a big BC sports story).  Enjoy your (very hot and sunny) holiday.
