The Eagles came back from a 17-point deficit in the second half down in Coral Gables to sweep the Miami Hurricanes, winning tonight by a 79-75 score. This is a pretty bad loss for Miami, I must say (nyuk nyuk nyuk). Joe Trapani had 31 (!) points.
I didn't think they had it in them, I really didn't. BC has perfected rolling over and dying, but tonight, instead of giving up, they buckled down and clawed their way back. Credit where credit is due. I'm still pessimistic about the season, but winning sure beats losing, doesn't it? At least we know that 1-15 is out of the question, and that, my friends, is a good thing.
