Yesterday, NY Governor David Patterson, in the wake of political party defections, referred to Albany, the state's capital, as something that had become a "dysfunctional wreck."
I have been a resident of New York since birth and as far as I can tell, it was always a dysfunctional wreck. After all, it's full of politicians.
