Boston College's new quarterback is David Shinskie. If you don't know anything about the guy, he is 25, just entering college as a freshman, and spent the last 6 years of his life as a minor league baseball pitcher for the Twins and Blue Jays.
He's going to compete for the starting job, and I would expect he will not win it without a fight. If Tuggle really is "the guy" like I thought he was, he's going to have to earn it this year.
