The media reminds us what it thinks of BC, again

The ACC football preseason poll is out, and in what should come as a surprise to absolutely no one, the media has decided that the Eagles will finish third in the ACC Atlantic.  Keep in mind that this division has three legitimate contenders, BC was a second-place team last year, and has a pretty manageable schedule this year.  Basically, we're expected to be the weakest of the three contending teams and to stay at best in neutral while Clemson stays ahead and FSU roars past us.

In 2009, BC was picked dead last in the ACC Atlantic, and Florida State was again picked to be first.  The conference champions, Georgia Tech, got only 9 first-place votes.  It didn't quite work out like that, so it is of course advisable to put no stock into these polls (but refer back to them heavily in December when/if it is discovered that your team was severely underrated).  After all, last year we were expected to win "two, possibly three games."  Right, Andre Ware?
