BC's second attempt to become bowl-eligible will begin with Boston College as 3-point favorites.
CMU is a pretty good team sitting at 7-1 and they've won seven in a row (albeit against mostly fellow MAC teams). They currently have a big lead in their division, the MAC West. This is a matchup that, looking at the schedule over the summer, you wouldn't think would be all that compelling, but it actually could be.
The Chippewas are 4-1 on the road, while the Eagles are 5-0 at home. They went into Michigan State and beat them to start the streak. I see a good game on the horizon.
