Florida State at BC: Opening Line

The BC Eagles are 5-point dogs at home to the Seminoles.  For two reasons, I don't think this is an unreasonable spread.

First, BC didn't really win against Wake Forest; they survived.  It should have been a win in regulation but we all know about how it ended.  There are still questions to be answered about this Eagles team. 

Second, FSU has established a pattern so far this season in how they play; observe:

Game 1 vs. Miami: Lost, played well
Game 2 vs. Jacksonville State: Won, played poorly
Game 3 at BYU: Won, played well
Game 4 vs. South Florida: Lost, played poorly

This week is scheduled to be a "played well" week, unfortunately...yet it could still be a "lost, played well" week.  We'll have to find out on Saturday.
