Boston College 54, Northeastern 0

I mean, I know the Northeastern Huskies are an FCS team, but DAMN. The quarterbacks looked good. The running backs looked good. The defense looked good. Most importantly, Mark Herzlich on the sideline looked good, and we hope his recovery will continue to go well. The real test will begin in a few weeks against Clemson, but for now the Eagles can enjoy this one and look forward to Kent State next week. As for Northeastern, they couldn't wait to get the hell out of Alumni Stadium.

This was the first time the Eagles broke 50 points since 2007. The 54-point win was their largest margin of victory since 1974, when the Eagles put a 70-8 ass-whooping on UMass. As long as the win gives them confidence that they will be better than the "analysts" predict, then that's all that matters for now.
