New Yankee Stadium's first pitcher?

Chien Ming-Wang.

Though it's only an exhibition against the Cubs, the Yankees are giving Wang quite an honor. He deserves it as well: for several years (aside from his season-ending injury in 2008), Wang has been a very consistent, solid pitcher in a tough division and league. CC and AJ might be the new hired guns in the rotation, and Andy Pettitte might have the most Yankee experience, but Wang has led this staff for the last few years.

CC Sabathia will probably pitch the regular season opener at the Stadium, however; I'd be shocked if he didn't.
