Fascinating day of basketball, 3/12 preview

We had a game today where Texas Tech scored 59 points in the second half and erased a 22-point deficit to wipe out the Aggies, and another game where St. John's only scored 10 points in their first half. These extremes are only part of what makes March Madness so...maddening. All in all, a very entertaining day. One more note on that Big 12 game: my estimation is that A&M is still in the tournament, but are probably out of the single-digit seeds now and may be staring at a 10. They were probably about an 8 or 9 before this, and there's no way they still are now.

All remaining conference tournaments will get started: ACC, Big Ten, SEC, and Southland.

No champions will be crowned, but bubbles may be popping in these conferences which continue play: A10, Big East, Big 12, Big West, CUSA, MAC, MEAC, MWC, Pac-10, SWAC, and WAC.

If you're too lazy to count, that means 15 tournaments will be happening tomorrow. Many games will be televised. If you can't find a game to watch, you are not a college sports fan. You may also be clinically dead, but diagnoses should be made by a medical professional.

Late edit: the new dancers today are Robert Morris and Portland State.
